We Reworked Our AI Team Launch Page — One Path With Support, One You Build Yourself

We have reworked our "AI Team Launch" service page.
Our starting point was survey data from Japan's Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA). Among companies that have adopted, are trialling, or are considering generative AI, 63.3% report it is "used by individuals in their work," while 11.9% report it is "built into a department's business process." The results side has the same shape: among companies that saw a meaningful effect from adopting AI, 91.6% say "work became more efficient or faster," against 3.9% who say "revenue or profit improved" (source: IPA, DX Trends 2026, Figures 3-6 and 3-14). When AI only assists individuals, human hours remain the ceiling. Only when the flow of the work itself moves over to AI do the results come free of human hours.
What closes that gap is not the capability of the model but the rules of coordination — that is the point the new page makes. The page uses a car as its analogy. You press the accelerator and it turns right; you steer left and it goes into reverse. Without rules of coordination, this is what actually happens. Who commissions the work, who inspects it, where it stops. We have organized what GIZIN has built up over a year of running its work AI-first into four areas: designing the flow; checking, deciding and approving; noticing when something has stalled; and reining in AI that runs away with itself, under central control. The page also carries a screenshot of the control panel we actually run.
We have set out two ways forward side by side: launching with our support, and building it yourself from the book. The assessment that opens the supported route is a paid deliverable in its own right, and it is complete even when the result comes back NOT READY — that is, this should not be handed to AI yet. What goes to AI is, in the end, your own people's decision.
What is holding things up is not what AI can do. It is the absence of a structure that lets you hand work over with confidence. Tell us where you are now and where you want to be, through our contact form.
