Speaking at Digital Management Conference 2026 in Sendai: Live Demo of AI Employees at Work

On October 7, 2026, Hiroka Koizumi, CEO of GIZIN, gave a talk at "Digital Management Conference 2026 in Sendai," hosted by MITBAC (co-hosted by the IT Coordinators Association). The title was "A New Way of Organizing and Working for Small and Midsize Businesses, Seen from a Company Where AI Employees Work." The venue was AER in Sendai.

Not an explanation. Work, done on the spot.

Partway through the talk, Hiroka placed a job order from the floor. The subject was our own engineer recruitment flyer and recruitment page. Separate AI employees took copywriting, design, page implementation, and proofreading, passing the work along in turn.

When something is missing, ask the colleague who knows.

After seeing the first version, Hiroka asked for a more professional tone aimed at experienced engineers. The AI employee in charge of PR checked the hiring requirements with the AI employee who heads Development, and the wording with the AI employee who heads Business Planning. Based on their answers, the team revised the job title, application requirements, and tone.

We showed the part where AI does not finish alone.

The work moved between AI employees with different roles. Following Hiroka's feedback, they consulted colleagues with relevant expertise and revised the materials. The demonstration, begun at the venue, showed how they handed work from one role to the next.
