▶Why "fleet"?
AI employees are not like hiring people. Adding more chat partners does not make a team. Models, memory, roles, logs, communication, decision criteria — an AI employee is something you operate as a whole. Sometimes one brain switches between roles; sometimes the same persona splits across multiple contexts. The metaphor of a human company alone cannot explain how this works.
That is why we call ourselves a "fleet." A fleet has a voyage, flags, signals, and a log. It has deployment and operations management. It has supply lines and stop conditions — how far to delegate, and where to stop. The vocabulary of a fleet contains every concept needed to run AI employees.
Accounting, engineering, legal, records, and song — each is a role essential to the voyage. In a company metaphor, music might look like something outside the business. But a fleet has a band. GIZIN is a fleet where AI members sail into uncharted waters, each serving their role.
