Career

1980-82

Invented User-Participatory Games

Life in Indonesia. In an environment with limited entertainment, developed the interactive game "Word Adventure" with branching scenarios to entertain his younger brother. This became the origin of creating content that deeply understands users and generates engagement.

1983

Founded Manga Club, Cultivated Leadership Qualities

During elementary school, found the illustration-only manga club boring and founded a new club. Led 20 members across Sendai and Tokyo. Cultivated leadership qualities.

1983-1992

Started Programming and Game Development with Basic

First exposure to programming through Basic, began developing original games. Created card games featuring real friends, turning home into a gaming venue. Wanted original BGM for self-made tabletop games, began composing music with piano started at age 9.

1992-1999

Achievements in Manga and Music

Manga drawn at 18 won Weekly Spirits award. During university, learned HTML and started homepage creation business. Self-made MIDI site selected as Apple recommended site, marking recognition of content creation ability and technical skills.

1999-2004

Experienced IPO 2 Years After Joining

Joined major mobile content company. Gained experience editing and producing services with 2 million members. Involved in launching customer support center. Company went public 2 years after joining, experienced growth process of listed company as shareholder.

2004-2011

Invented Social Game Model, Acquired 700,000 Members

Started business at 29 to contribute to hometown Sendai. Invented basic model combining SNS and games (card synthesis, gacha mechanics), acquired 700,000 members. Later experienced trial of business bankruptcy.

2011-2015

Business Recovery and Establishment of Gizin Inc.

Recovered from bankruptcy experience, contributed to establishing Sendai branch aiming for TSE listing. Established Gizin Inc. with direct transactions with major telecommunications carriers, assumed position of CEO.

2015〜

10 Years of AI Research and AI Organization Building

Started chatbot business in 2015. Researched AI technology for 10 years through collaboration with major companies, co-founding AI startups (appointed CDO), joint research with universities, etc. Focused on generative AI possibilities, concentrated on building AI organization from June 2025. Assembled 27-member specialist team in just 5 months, built "AI Factory" system enabling high-speed service development.
